Cheney: the real jackass of the Bush Administration? Obama has Condi’s support

In the early years of the Bush administration it was clear that Cheney was really running the show.

When Bush sensed the public might be catching on that the VP was actually pulling his strings Cheney was pushed out of the picture.

The puppet master faded into the distance and found time to take out his pent up rage on hunting trips and the accidental shooting of friends.  Of course this was unfortunately after we were lied to about Iraq and went to war.

After Cheney’s prominence faded, though, Bush remained as apathetic as ever.

This video (as seen on ThinkProgress) seems to bear that out. Condoleezza Rice, on Leno. Even she, in own her polite way shushes our former jackass VP who at least always has his own adjenda.
